been there, done that. Lost a lot of jobs because of this but I did finally find a company where my interview went horribly(stutter wise, knew the answers to most questions though) and still got the job because they valued skill over speech. I still haven't improved and have a pretty bad blocking stutter rn so I can just wish you Good luck.
