Do you guys spit while you stutter?

Do you guys spit while you stutter? That must be my nr.1 hated aspect for my stuttering. When i need to say P for example and i block, my lips press together and sometimes i spit towards the person through my lips. Or i lose saliva if i block with an open mouth. Its really embarassing.
