Did you have Covid, by chance? Strangely enough I’ve heard of it causing adult onset stuttering. Regardless, welcome to this community. Most of us have been stuttering our whole lives at some level of severity. Many of us have accepted that it’s just going to be a thing we live with our whole lives. I certainly have.
