Wow, I don’t even know how to answer you. Society is that cruel that barely anybody treated me like how I wanted to be treated. But I would try to encourage him first, raise his self-esteem. Then I believe, he will follow up by answering your questions. Maybe you can say something like, “you’re doing an amazing job and you’re hardworking, don’t ever think that your stutter changes that”?
