Though I get blocks even when I’m not under any noticeable stress, they get much much worse when I’m in a stressful situation such as taking to a stranger or presenting or talking on the phone. The only thing that’s ever really helped is the DAF speech app my therapist recommended me, but I’d totally be willing to try methods like meditation to see if that helps at all. Thanks for the advice!
