If you have racing thoughts, GAD, general agitation that triggers the stutter then I would definitely recommend buspirone, based on personal experience. Has helped me live in the moment and just talk — my brain really is a lot quieter now. Took about 5-6 weeks for full effect. I’d definitely ask your doc about it.
