PWS of Reddit, how do you manage your anger. Hey, there fellow Redditors. I often bust out into anger if something didn't go according to me or someone being a dick around me. It feels so relaxing to vent out the anger. But as the adrenaline lowers, I stutter more and I can't even explain what why I yelled at someone and ends up looking like a dick *smh. Really depressing.
