Hey, just order with your voice. It will be hard at first, and maybe someone will laugh... but overtime the lunch ladies will know you stutter, and in your brain it will get easier to the point that it doesnt even bother you. I know its hard, when I was your age I thought the same way, you just have to make the effort in order to overcome the initial fear, youre not scared of stuttering youre scared of people judging you.
