Thanks again for sharing! Sounds like facing fears consistently was a big part of your recovery process (as you've said, grab it by the balls), along with use of some techniques to get things moving. I'm a fan of using 'techniques and tricks' as well, for the purpose of gaining confidence, until such time they are no longer required. The costal breathing taught via the McGuire program is one technique I use as well, though I've never attended the full program before. Will be sure to check your TEDx Talk as well ([just looked it up](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHSbojyBypo)). Keep heading towards the path to fluency!
