I'm you one year ago then... I'm having an internship in a psychology firm and one of the job responsibilities is to pick up calls, attend to customers, or call up to Clients to confirm appointment. Speaking though phone..... My biggest nightmare. It has caused my so much worry and anxiety, but I know it's only me. This job is so so simple for other-- just speak! My mum also won't stop emphasizing how easy this job actually is But not for me.... Putting me on phone is like sending a cripple to hike off mountain. There is no scenery, but survival.
