My stuttering is getting worse day by day what should I do? Please help!!

My stuttering is getting worse day by day what should I do? Please help!! I am 19 M, and undergraduate student of engineering, day by day I am getting stuck at more words, 6 months back I could speak fluently alone and with family and freinds Also at grocery store but now I am stuttering while speaking alone, what should I do???
