I've been told to watch ' The King's Speech '. Is it useful or a waste of time?

I've been told to watch ' The King's Speech '. Is it useful or a waste of time? In regard to my stutter, a few people have told me to watch that movie and have said that it might help me. Is it really an insightful film about stuttering? Or does it have a lot of pseudoscience? Did it help you in any way?
