I agree with this statement. My last interview I had, I was having a harder than normal time with speaking and they were very understanding and let me write down a couple of the answers. I don't really think I'm being discriminated against, but I do think that not being able to speak very well doesn't help show my knowledge of things. Therefore they may think I don't know a whole lot. Also, what kind of engineer?
