My way of speaking drastically changed?!

My way of speaking drastically changed?! So backstory needed I guess: I stutter for let’s say ten-ish years (I’m 18) and the intensity changes a lot depending on an infinity of factors. A year ago I noticed that the stutter was almost gone, which is incredible but with my stutter my accent and my normal way of speaking left too. So I went from speaking with a (I’m frenh fyi) southern accent and a monotonous voice to no accent, my voice goes from low to high pitched in an instant etc. I guess this is why the stutter is gone, because it’s not my voice, just like people don’t stutter anymore when they’re in a play or when they sing. (I moved back to France recently so my accent is coming back and Mister Stutter too, I’m salty af) And not only my voice changed but my way of breathing too, somehow my body language too! Am I the only one here ?!
