Starting my journey with MPI-2 Hello people. Starting next week I will be starting a intensive program for stuttering therapy called MPI-2 that a friend recommended which helped a lot with his fluency. I’ve noticed there’s not many reviews online about MPI-2, but I will be documenting my journey so you guys can decide whether it’s worth it or not for you. This program does have a very high success rate, it’s a intense program and it’s up to the person putting the time and effort to really get results. Now this program isn’t cheap but who cares as long as you get results. My stuttering problem isn’t very severe, it’s more mild to moderate at times but it does affect my day to day life because I can’t always say what’s on my mind. There’s two types of stutters and that’s coverts/overts. Coverts are people who tend to find ways to hide their stutter, for example by not communicating at all or switching up words in their sentences because of the fear that you might stumble over that word. Overts are generally people who are more brave and accept that they stutter and say whatsoever on their mind despite stammering over words. I’ve been a Covert most of my life and never got any treatment because my parents didn’t really care while always being busy. I decided it was time to take some action and just face my fear for once so I can atleast say I tried. If you have any questions feel free to ask I’m here to help.
