I believe it's just called [Delayed Auditory Feedback](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_Auditory_Feedback). There are quite some apps that can do this, but the few I tried all have clunky UI and drain the battery like crazy. Would appreciate if someone can recommend a better app on this!
