In my personal approach to '*speach confidence'* is letting myself stutter certainly a factor.I believe that this confidence you are looking for is a combination of many things. This is how I see it: 1 Stuttering is ok, I don't care if people notice, I keep eye contact and when stuttering gets bad, I very shortly address it. 2 Talking slower and breathe 3 Not avoiding situations (tricky one for me, I still sometimes do that) 4 speech therapy 5 realizing there is a benifit to stuttering, this was hard to get my head around, but turns out ther are benefits 6 speak ! 7 accept
