What’s been working for me is this method If I wanna say “ did you see the new spiderman?” Instead I’ll think “ did you see the new Superman “ but I’ll say spiderman. This is how I get past blocks. I also answer questions in subjects and not preforming sentences which causes to block more. I just let sentences flow that ultimately get to the subject. Like if somebody ask me “ where did u grow up ?” I pickup the subject “ childhood” and I’ll work sentences around that answering the question but not straight up I guess. Hopefully that helps and makes sense lol.
