I remember my childhood days. My grandma would say "ah ah ahh. Slow down" and she'd literally take the spatula to hit me XD. Not in a bad way. She wanted me to get in the habit of pacing my speech. Sadly I didn't take her advice from a young age. I'd try to push through my stutter to get over it. As a result. Today I'm greeted everyday by hard speech blocks because I didn't take my time through early days of stuttering 🥲 I'm to blame though
