I had a speech therapist a couple years back and they taught me techniques I already knew and used. Maybe I should've kept going longer but they didn't seem to have much else to provide. That was during covid times too. I've heard mixed results about speech therapists and even therapists, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Plus, my work schedule makes it hard to get regular appointments as I can work from 6am-11pm all week. It's difficult to make regular appointments with that. It's the same reason I don't try many new hobbies or clubs because I just can't fit in a good schedule
