For me personally, I find that coffee helps my flow of thought as I have ADHD. It likely works differently to each person though. I stutter the most when I'm tired, that is the biggest thing! If I'm tired, you better believe I'll be talking as if I was 6 years old :/ I should try out breakfast, something I usually skip. Also black coffee only :) Ethiopian and Indian coffees are the best!
