I have a class coming up in 2 days that is similar. I'm going to have to lead class discussions a few times according to the syllabus and that has me terrified. But, you just have to do it. It's going to suck and running away seems like the best option or maybe even the only option but that wont help you out in the long run. I don't want to speak in my class and I know that I will stutter but that's just how it is. You just have to remain strong and push through it. So I say don't drop out. Take that course. Best of luck to you
