Yeah I gave up on the drive-thru ages ago, sorry you went through this. It’s always a horrible speaker/receiver, no facial cues, stressful with people behind you, etc. I either have the other person in the car order for us or I’ll go inside, where I can type it on my phone and show it to them or point at a menu or something to help me along.
