Life goes on. Stutterers aren't alone in having bad dates and difficulties finding relationships. Confidence can overcome anything. I'm guessing it was a girl you spoke to online/hadn't met in person before? That's always a bit hit or miss, stutter or not. I find with stuttering, people need a little bit of exposure to get used to it at first, and then very quickly you're just like anyone else to them. Meeting up after talking online is not a good environment for that. Keep living life, bettering yourself and pursuing your goals. Crap happens, some things don't work out, sometimes things look good at first and turn out bad. That's life. You've only failed if you give up.
