I will not tell you to "just be happy", because I know that your sadness is not because you hadn't considered this route before. But I will tell you there is a path to fluency. It's free, involves scary work. and if you have a mirror, you can start right now. FYI - if you can pronounce sounds fine sometimes, do not do articulation exercises. If your blocks are due to current or past anxiety/fear, *do not* expect “take a deep breath” to help. It will eventually make dysfluency and breathing discomfort worse
