I live in the lower mainland of BC and went to Columbia speech and language center in Vancouver. They had (and hopefully still have) an intensive 2 week stuttering therapy workshop that was completely free. It was a wonderful experience, especially since you're in a group with other ppl who stutter. I found it really improved my speech as well!
