Hey friend - I wanted to let you know that your friends aren't just with you out of pity. You seem like a caring and thoughtful person, and I know you have valuable things to provide around others. I know how hard it can be when a stutter holds you back from interacting with others and feeling *normal*, and I want to remind you that you aren't defined by your stutter. I encourage you to find resources to help free you from your stutter and the anxiety around it. Therapists, speech therapists, or groups you can read to and talk to in a low-stress environment can give you the tools to make new friends in "high"-stress environments. You *can* live a normal, healthy social life, I'm certain of it. :)
