I'm on the same track as well. It is soo tiring mentally and physically. I would feel soo down after a serious long conversation ( I used to overeat my favourite food and get back to normal life). This is how I used to deal with stammering. You see, nowadays I do not even care if I stammer. I do not even consider the person in front of me as a serious person. Everyone in this world wants to have fun, people just show themselves seriously to get things done. To put in simple words, there's a difference between talking to your friend and talking to your company's ceo. Your anxiety starts to kick in when talking to the important guy. We give people the role they can play in our life. Remove all those mental badges. When you are so confident and cool about your profession, you will not need to fear anyone or feel to be judged by anyone. That's the hack for any perspective of life. I become the best at my work, so that I become an unavoidable person in the group, then automatically the social dynamics of the group work in favour of me. People start seeking my help. Untill then you're not done. Stammering gave me this mindset. It works wonders. "I work hard to be seen" My friends always see me as a confident guy, But I'm a guy that "Love what I do and good at what I do." I keep my life in this circle. "When you feel responsible for something = you take it seriously" Keeping all the techniques and methods aside. 1. Work deeper in your profession. 2. If you stammer, pls do stammer. (Why would you close the dam when water overflows, let it open!) No spirituality, No science, just your mind. Just you, mind and your life. It's a way of life. "Do not cure the stutter, cure your life" "Learn to dance along your mind" Message me whenever you wish to share anything. Let's rule the world !
