im 15m ( so kinda close in age ) but what helps me the most is just when someone talks over me / intrupts me ( that is what my mom says and idk if it helps or not ( she says it does i dont think it does but idk ) ( it also annyoes me so idk if u want to try that or not ) but just ask him what he wants you to do and go from their I think is a good idea
