Thiamine suggestions in india Hi.. I recently had a conversation in r/stutter with a person, who suggested me to take thiamine but when I checked i wasn't able to see any proper thiamine supplement online.. Can you people suggest me some brands, or where I can find them? He suggested to take 500mg so an appropriate dosage? Thanks in advance
