Unfortunately you have to live through it, the art of non communication has been the story of my life.. been classed as 'shy, a loner the quiet one' all part of my life.. others are way more positive, they don't let it get in the way of their life, I admire them for that.. wish I had that outlook many many years ago.. your still so young, try not to be embarrassed by it, and don't hate yourself for it,... try not to let it rule your life like i did, any ambitions or career you want try to take it on...
