Stuttering on vowels

Stuttering on vowels Hey, guys. I have been stuttering since i could talk. I have never done anything to make it better. Last i decided to change and worked really hard to make it better. I can pretty much say that im cured but recently i had really tough time with vowels especially with e o u. Any tips for get better at pronouncing vowels? Also do u stutters expierence flucuation that sometimes i dont even know that i stutter and sometimes i can say one sentence ? Why does that happen?
