been dealing with this all my life I’m 23 now but not sure if this is a tip but my stutter made me very self-conscious/introverted (even though I’m not it forced me to be at times) and how I’ve been able to over come the social nervousness was by doing more things that made me feel uncomfortable/out of comfort especially if there was a chance someone could see or someone I had to interact with. doing this breaks any tension/restrictions in your body and gives this freedom that says it’s not the end of the world. it’ll makes you feel more confident in doing everything else because you realize in that moment it may feel like a lot to handle but you always get through it just like stuttering and knowing that you’ll always get through whatever circumstances you’re in eases the grip from the hand of the stutter.
