28M here, been stuttering my whole life and honestly school was dreadful for me. Changed schools 4 times between 6th and 12th grade. Was lucky enough to swap to fully online school in 12th grade and it was a life saver. My biggest fear at your age was also being lonely. My advice would be to focus on yourself and get through school. Relationships that young aren’t usually worth it IMO, but that depends on what you’re seeking. You (mostly) can’t control your stutter so do things and control things you can that boost your physical and mental health. Exercise, hobbies, quality time w/ others, planning out your future, etc. Feeling like your stutter isn’t severe sounds like you’re already somewhat confident about yourself. That will get the attention of others, so focus on yourself to feel ready to put yourself out there to make friends now and when you’re older. Hopefully your family is supportive or sympathetic to your stutter, keep your head up 🤝
