In France, most people have no idea about what it is. You have to justify why you "bug" a lot of time, if that's not always. I met some jerks, but generally, ppl are mature. Generally But you can go to some group with people who stutter pretty easily. It's cool to meet people like you who share the same struggle But yeah... in general no one knows about this, except teachers (thank god they are understanding)
