I’m sorry to hear that. I work in a profession where people (men) often make fun of me for my stutter. It’s not bad, like 3/10, but definitely when I start sentences or have to say my name it comes out. As hard has this is to hear, I’ve just accepted that sometimes I’m not going to speak fluently and sometimes people are going to make fun of me for that. It’s painful sometimes, but the majority of people will judge the person who’s picking on me far more harshly, even if they don’t say it.
