This is spot on, very insightful post. In my experience, words starting with my block letters are easier to say when I am reading them off rapid-fire from a prompt. For example, reading out loud to another person a book passage lets me say words like "public" or "democracy" easier. I think it's because I'm fixated on other things, just as speech volume or reading comprehension, than I am panicking about hitting a block.
