You have to do things that address the actual problem. Silent blocking and fear have nothing to do with being able to articulate the word. It’s based in shame of others hearing your repetitions, so you’d need to do things to address that. The good news is the tangible habits do work and are completely free to learn and use. But it is very hard work. I’ve written a post with more details and I invite you to check it out and ask me any questions. You can do this :)
