Honestly i used to think about it everyday. I used to pray to God to give me any ailment other than my stutter. Sometimes id imagine that I was deaf because surely that would have been better than having a stutter (this was a few years ago). But i think my stutter has made me who I am. It has made me more compassionate, empathetic and it made me not judgemental. I always think from the other person's perspective and try feel where they are coming from. But most importantly it made me the sort of person my fiance fell in love with and she's the best thing that ever happened to me. So I guess I wouldn't change the life i have had with my stutter.
