How do I stop being embarrassed by my stutter?

How do I stop being embarrassed by my stutter? I’m a leader at my youth group at my church and I wanna do big things there! I wanna lead a small group of boys and have a support group for them. I wanna do a few sermons. I wanna do a lot. But I’m constantly worried about my stutter. I’m scared people will look at me like I’m weird. I know it’s really weird and when I start to think about it it makes no sense. When I do stutter bad they don’t think anything’s off and they treat me the same. And they have no reason to judge me. And if they did I really don’t care and I’d rather them do that so I know their true colors. So how do I get over this irrational fear of people judging my stutters? I especially get nervous around people I look up to/ in authority like my pastor. He gives us all of our help as a leader and guidance. And I look up to him. So how do I get over this? I know he doesn’t care and I’ve told him I have a stutter and he’s never judged me
