I don't know... I also don't stutter when I'm alone although I'm pretty sure mine is genetic. I struggle on the word "remember". But I can say it no problems when I'm alone. Absolutely no issues. But when I need to say that word to someone, I block. Also, when I need to repeat something, I often block. I just said it fluently!!!! Why???
