I don’t think a severe stuttering condition is necessarily wrong, but I don’t ever see it used within the field (again, speaking to clinical language and not what actual people who stutter preferred to be called). To compare, it’d be like saying “someone who has an autistic condition” instead of “someone with autism” or an “autistic person” if that makes sense?
