I furnished them medical condition certificate by qualified speech therapist before exam. Got 6.5 on one occasion and 7 on another occasion. I still feel like they underscore me in speaking section because on other sections I have got like full 9, 8, 7.5. i think examiners don't know how to deal with the situation.
