I'd expect to get made fun of for anything at a comedy show. My stutter, my big ears, my unibrow. Not to sound insensitive, but wouldn't that be expected at a show? I wouldn't expect a comedian to make fun of a mentally handicapped person, but something like Tourette, a stutter, or other involuntary action would probably be fair game.
