Hey, sure. English isn't my first language so I'm not sure how to say some of the words, as I've never really spoken about this subject until now. I'll try my best Basically, the words I get stuck on the most are those beginning with vocals. So my current speech therapist has advised me to exhale it as I say it. (as if there was an h before the vocal. For instance instead of avocado it'd be havocado) Also, I tend to speak quite loudly and eagerly which tenses my vocal chords so I have to try to control that and don't be so impulsive and relax. And for it to come out more fluid, I have to stretch the sounds and link the end of a word with the other. I don't know how to explain it better sorry. Basically, every breath should last 5 or 6 words, then stop for another breath and so on. Those are working for me on therapy but I'm still trying to integrate them in my day to day speech. It is a bit tricky to have it present and remember to use them, but it's a work in progress. Hope it helped you. If I recall with any more I'll let you know. Xxx- Ren
