Thanks, I'm 30, tried years of speech therapy and lots of techniques with very little success. I have things that work sometimes, like you. Putting other words before, choosing a different word, taking a break, etc. I read quite a few books and papers on the topic. I'm successful in my career, which consists in part of - wow - giving talks. I still stutter. It doesn't rule my life, but it's part of who I am. If I needed advice, I would ask for it.
