Great advice! Additionally, are there ways to desensitize to the "pressure" (or perceived conflict/errors) that the letters /P/ and /A/ bring about (instead of adding fillers)? Perhaps if we target this "pressure" which seems to trigger stuttering in OP's post, then we eventually wouldn't need to use such coping-avoidance behaviors (which in the worst case could become a bad habit), I think.
