I feel the same way. I'm sorry, but I don't have much advice to give you. I'm struggling the same way you are. I used to hate talking to people, and was very paranoid and anxious about stuttering in front of people. ESPECIALLY people I don't know. But recently I've tried to be more outgoing, and have realized it's not the end of the world if I stutter in front of someone. I'm surrounded by really sweet and understanding people, which makes it easier. I know most people aren't that lucky. Just remember that any decent person isn't going to judge you for stuttering. Sorry I don't have more to say to help.
