In case you ever have to take a test like that again, i'm pretty sure they usually ask you about any problems or disabilities that might complicate your performance in the test. Last year i did Cambridge's CAE test and when i'm signed up for it i informed them of my stutter. They requested a doctor's note confirming it and when the day came i did it alone (instead of with someone else taking the test) and they were informed beforehand. I assume that the scoring process might have been slightly more forgiving, and it was comforting to know I didn't have to worry about it.
