100%. The more thought you give it, the more energy you feed it. And most likely your thoughts about it aren't the greatest so you just add more fear onto it. Its kind of like "don't think of a pink elephant" type of thing. Now you're thinking of a pink elephant. So if you tell yourself "don't think of stuttering" you will think of it. There's a simple solution to this but before I share what I know, has anything worked for you?
